TRIAD will host guest speaker, ERIC R. OALICAN from the Elder Law Firm of OALICAN LAW GROUP, on Tuesday, March 10th from 2:30 to 3:30 at the James Thomas Apartments Community Center located at 143 School Street, Taunton.
Mr. Oalican is an attorney specializing in representing the legal needs of the elderly and disabled. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate, disability and long-term care planning. He is a frequent lecturer and published author in his field and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
Mr. Oalican’s presentation will discuss the following:

- Strategies to Protect Your Life Savings from High Costs of Long-Term Care.
- Basic Estate Planning Instruments to Avoid Probate, Guardianship and Conservatorship.
